Should you discover that your card was double charged, please dispute the transaction with your bank as soon as possible.

Are the offers the same throughout Cyprus?

How much stock does the store keep?

Can I reserve a product before it is sold in the stores?

Unfortunately the reservation of products is not supported.

Which items can be returned and what is the timeframe for returns?

All our products can be returned within three months from the date of purchase, provided the receipt is furnished and the original packaging is intact.

This does not apply to seasonal items, underwear, swimwear and socks.

Why do your stores not provide contact numbers?

The customer service department is there to hear your every wish, proposal or question. You can also contact us at any time through the contact form.

All our competitions and promotional actions are posted either on our official Facebook page or on our website.

Such messages are malicious and should be ignored, as they may likely be connected to charges.
