Lidl Cyprus is committed  to maintaining highest quality standards across its entire range.
Following the recent findings of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, Lidl Cyprus has taken the decision to prophylactically remove implicated products from sale. Given an official statement by the supplier we demonstrably have not received any batch numbers conforming with the batch numbers mentioned in the findings.

Based on our commitment of preventive consumer protection, we have taken the precautionary measure to remove even batch numbers not involved. Relevant authorities have confirmed that the products of the FSAI findings do not carry any health risk.

A thorough examination of the incident is underway and Lidl Cyprus will await the results. Based on general Lidl policy, Consumers who feel unsafe and wish to return a product under question will be provided  the sales value as refund.
